1. 2010年專輯Progress的第十首、也是最後一首曲目，由Gary Barlow主唱。這首歌的主旋律取自搖滾樂團Ultravox的Vienna。


2. Look Back, Don't Stare是Take That在10年11月於ITV發表，自Robbie Williams離團15年之後又重聚一堂的紀錄片，片名便是取自Eight Letters。
　看完之後我其實沒有太多感想，90分鐘的訪談中最主要圍繞著Robbie的離開與歸隊，以及小間斷的逃避與再度回歸，而Gary提到信用卡改名的部份則令人錯愕。忘記我曾在哪裡看過，Robbie最終對其它人而言像是你看著他長大的弟弟，出盡鋒頭又作遍壞事，但你又不能拋下他不管，因為他是一個惹人愛憐長不大的孩子。


3. 這齣紀錄片大致上將Progress的所有歌曲全數演了一遍，包括Jason的隱藏曲目Flowerbed。全片除了Mark與Robbie不斷以二手菸殘害他人外，Eight Letters的部分明顯地是一個轉折點，大意是Jason對Robbie所寫的歌詞部份略有微詞，Robbie卻十分護短。Mark一如數十年來充當和事佬，當事情超出預期時他只好站在一旁吞雲吐霧。Gary則非常實事求是，隱喻地譴責Jason的行徑…但最終出版的成品就如我們所聽見的，沒有做任何更改。


4. 所以我們現在知道了歌詞裡所謂的enemy是指Oasis與一些明星們。


5. 這首歌不單是CD曲目中的最後一曲，也是他們Progress Tour安可部份的最後一曲（通常是眾人走下舞台周圍握手謝幕，回到台上時常常被粉絲們披披掛掛像套圈圈一樣套滿全身）。有些人覺得這首歌意義非凡，Robbie填詞，由Gary單獨主唱，像是兩人最終友好的告白與長久爭執的結束，劃下一個美好的句點，I Love You。


6. 但是Robbie在他的網誌上寫說，當初是因為唱片製作到最後，錯愕地發現Gary竟然沒有任何單獨主唱，於是這首歌就丟給他唱了。


7. 第一段翻得很掙扎，雖然parade的直譯是遊行，但我最終選擇了英式諺語。
